高职生产实习的问题及对策

Analysis of Problems and Solutions of the Production Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges

该文以陕西工业职业技术学院机械制造专业生产实习为案例，建立实践教学的两个平台，剖析生产实习中存在的问题，提出解决问题的对策与方案，使生产实习进一步适应“高素质技能型”人才培养模式。对高职教育的实践教学具有一定的实用意义。

Taking the production internship of machinery manufacture in Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute as a case, the paper analyses the problems in production internship and puts forword to the measures and scheme of solution through building the two stages of practice and teacing to make production internship further adapt the training mode of high -quality skilled talents.
