摘要
该文通过对高职高专学生求职心理的分析，探索有效开展学生职业生涯规划教育与实施的思路，提出针对在校大学生开展系统职业生涯规划教育的途径与建议。
The paper explores the ideas of carrying out the education of career planning through analyzing the employment psychology of students in higher vocational colleges. It puts forward to ways and suggestions of carrying out systematic education of career planning.
