壳聚糖作为一种绿色饲料添加剂能够提高动物免疫力,发挥类抗生素的作用。文章主要阐述了壳聚糖的性质、作用机理及其在动物生产中的作用。
Chitosan is one product of deacetylated chitin. Chitosan can be used for improving animal immunity and acting like antibiotics in animal production as one of the green feed additives. This article reviewed the research advances in the nature, functional mechanism and the application of chitosan in animal production.
