草莓常温保鲜效果研究

A Study of Strawberry Preservation in Normal Temperature

摘要 用安全、无毒并具有防腐抑菌作用的几种物质为原料,分别制成涂膜剂A 液和B液,对草莓进行常温保鲜后,经对结果进行显著性检验表明,涂膜剂A 液和B液都有较好的保鲜效果,尤其是A 液,在降低草莓的呼吸作用,减缓营养物质的分解速度和延缓衰老等方面效果更为明显,草莓在常温下的贮藏寿命可延长3 ~4 d 。 Using natural,poisonless well antiseptic substances as raw materials,the authors have made A and B coating preparations respectively.These coating preparations are used to preserve strawberry in normal temperature.The result of the experiment shows:A and B coating preparations have good effects on keeping strawberry fresh. They can lower the breathing effect of strawberry,decrease the resolving speed of the nutritious substance in strawberry and postpone its senility.In this way,the period of preserving strawberry in normal temperature can prolong for three or four more days.
