物理光学图象探测系统的研究

Research on Image Detection for Physical Optics

研究一种适用于物理光学实验中信号接收及数据采集的图象探测系统。该系统以自扫描光电二极管列阵ＳＳＰＡ（ＳｅｌｆＳｃａｎｎｉｎｇ Ｐｈｏｔｏｄｉｏｄｅ Ａｒｒａｙ） 作为光信号接收器件，以ＰＣ 机作为控制和信息处理部分，从而提高了物理光学实验的测试水平。为满足上述要求，设计了适用于ＳＳＰＡ 视频信号的１２ 位Ａ／Ｄ数据采集接口卡及相关程序。

This paper deals with an image detection system of signal accepting and data acqisition in physical optics,in which SSPA is used as optical signal accepting device and controling and processing information with PC.So it would better physical optics experiments.To meet above requirment.12 bit A/D data acquisition interference board and related software are designed.
