不同抑制剂对整肠生菌增殖影响的研究

The Effect of Inhibitor Variations on the Growth of Bacillus Licheniformis

为了探讨整肠生菌与特殊理化因素的关系，本文研究了整肠生菌对不同抑制剂的反应。结果表明：当ｐＨ 为７ ．０ 时，链霉素质量浓度为０ ．５ ｇ／Ｌ，青霉素质量浓度为１ ｇ／Ｌ，头孢唑啉钠质量浓度为０ ．５ ｇ／Ｌ时对整肠生菌有明显抑制作用。这对正确使用整肠生菌剂提供了可靠的理论依据。

This paper reports on the reaction of Bacillus Licheniformis on the inhibitor variations to obtain a clear understanding of the relationship between Bacillus Licheniformis and the factor of physics and chemistry.The result shows that the inhibition on the growth of Bacillus Licheniformis is obvious when the pH is 7.0,the density of cephalospor is 0.5 g/L,the density of penicillin is 1 g/L and the density of streptomycin is 0.5 g/L. This provides a sicentific basis for using the preparation of the inhibitor of Bacillus Licheniformis.
