摘要
在分析我国目前林业企业绩效评价的基础上,结合KPI理论,按照SMART原则,设置了林业企业绩效评价合理的、可行的评价指标体系。以某林业局为例进行实证分析,运用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价法对管理者进行绩效评价,建立评价模型。然后对评价结果进行分析,为提升管理者绩效水平指明方向。
Established newly and feasible evaluating indicator system about the forestry enterprise’s performance evaluation on the basis of forestry enterprise’s present performance evaluation,according to the SMART principle and KPI theory.Carries on the empirical analysis which take the Mudanjiang forestry administrative bureau for example and establishes the evaluation model apply the analytic hier-archy process(AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE).Analyzed the estimated re-sults which point the way forward for promoting the manager's performance level.
