摘要
利用成形法磨齿高精度、高效率的优点,结合砂轮在线修整技术,提出一种具体的针对硬齿面大直径渐开线斜齿轮的数控加工技术,并对采用此加工技术磨削成形的渐开线斜齿轮精度进行测量与分析。精度测量结果表明,采用此方法加工的渐开线斜齿轮精度可达到4级。
Using high- precision and high- efficiency advantages in forming grinding and combining with on line amendment technology for grinding wheel, it puts forward a kind of NC machining technology for hardened surface and large diameter involute helical gear. This can measure and analyze the precision of involute helical gear with NC machining technology. The precision of this NC machining technology can reach grade 4.
