摘要
针对航空动力系统变量柱塞泵斜盘角度控制,设计并实施了一种简化结构的节流式电液伺服控制系统。通过数字仿真简化系统模型,并为斜盘位置控制设计控制算法,在X型航空发动机特性半物理仿真试验系统上完成了功能试验。结果表明,结构简化的变量泵斜盘位置电液伺服控制系统工作有效、快速、稳定。
Based on the electro- hydraulic servo- valve, it designs a swash plate position servo control system for the variable stroke axial plunger pump of aero engine. By using the fuel out of the pump directly to the servo- valve to simplify the construction of electro- hydraulic servo control system, it adopts the reasonable design and components. Based on the simplification of servo control system under the variable supply pressure, it proposes the control algorithm, and tests the servo control system function with the hard - ware in loop. The results show that the simplified swash plate position control system works effectively, steady and fast.
