摘要
心房轴流泵外形呈圆柱状,外径15mm,长45mm,围绕泵体中部外周有薄而宽大的缝合环,将泵体分为前、后两段。植入时由心耳处做切口,将心房轴流泵前段插入到心房腔内,围绕泵体中部的缝合环缝合在心房外表面,一方面固定血泵,另一方面可牵引心房壁,在一定程度上防止泵吸引时的负压造成心房壁塌陷。本文报道的样机体外测试表明:在14800rpm转速条件下实现100mmHg压力和5L/min的流量输出,可满足左、右心脏辅助的要求。
Atrium axial flow pump,having the shape of a column,is 15 mm in diameter and 45 mm in length.A wider thin suture ring encircles the pump column in the middle,dividing it into anterior and posterior part.The anterior part is to be inserted into the atrium compartment via a incision on the atrium wall at implantation,and the suture ring sutured onto the atrium wall to fix the pump as well as to prevent the wall collapse due to the pump suction.The prototype in this study was tested in a liquid circuit and the reasults showed that the pump,at the rotary speed of 14800rpm,could produce a 5L/min output against a 100mmHg afterload,sufficient for right and left ventricular assistance,or even biventricular assistance with two pumps.
