油气井地面测试中分离器分离效果监测新思路 被引量:1

An Innovation to Monitor Separation Effect of Separator during Well Testing

摘要 目前油气井在进行定压试产时,一般通过排液管线出口处液流是否连续及放喷口火焰的燃烧情况来判断分离器运行是否正常。这两种方法都有明显的滞后性,需要创新分离器监测方法。通过引入"气—油当量产差"的概念,对一种能够实时监测分离器分离效果的新方法进行探讨,并选取克拉美丽气田不同区块的两口气井对此方法的可行性进行初步验证。通过验证表明,若现场设备及软件得到改进,此监测方法可以付诸实施。 During a production test with constant pressure for oil and gas wells,whether a separator is in a normal work or not is determined by two ways:one is whether flow in outlet of discharge-fluid pipeline is continuous or not and another is combustion of flame from open nozzle.But,the two ways are characterized by an obvious lag effect.So,it's necessary to develop a new method to monitor the separator.In this study,a new concept of yield gap between gas and oil equivalent is presented at first;and then,that this method to monitor the separation effect of separator is discussed;at last,the feasibility is verified by two gas wells from different blocks in Kelameili gasfield.Results show that this method is available if in-situ equipment and software can improve.
