南疆地区天然气市场现状及发展对策

Current Status and Developing Countermeasure of Natural Gas Market in Southern Xinjiang

南疆地区天然气需求虽然潜力巨大,但其发展因以化工原料为中心的市场结构而遇到瓶颈。在调查南疆5地州人口、经济和天然气需求的基础上,分析了南疆地区天然气市场现状及存在的问题,并提出了加大气田开发、加速城镇化建设、制定合理气价、优先发展天然气发电和热电联供相关产业,促进南疆地区天然气产业走上一条经济、环保、可持续发展道路的建议。

Southern Xingjiang area encountered a bottleneck in natural gas market development because of its chemical raw materials centered market structure even though it is a potential market with enormous gas demand.Based on status of population,economy and natural gas demand,current status and problems of natural gas market in Southern Xinjiang are analyzed.It is proposed that measures of enhancing gas field development,facilitating urbanization construction,formulizing fair gas price and giving priority to the development of natural gas generation and other industries related to CHP can be adopted.In this way,natural gas industry in Southern Xinjiang can get economical,environment-friendly and sustainable development.
