摘要
对几种不同的热敏性物料(辣椒、西洋参、金霉素等),通过静电干燥试验研究,得出比加热干燥可缩短约一半的时间,且有效成份和色泽不变的结论.还对静电干燥的机理进行了探讨,提出静电场能传质的机制.
The effect of electrosatics drying on several thermosensitive materials (chili;panax quinguefolium;aureomycin),had been studied.The results indicated that the electrosatics drying method could dry materials in only half the time in which the common hitting drying mothed did,and could maintain the color and luster as well as the active compositions of the materials.The mechanism of the electrosatics drying,which the electric field energy may transmit substance,was also discussed.Thus the electrosatics drying may become a new drying method for the thermosensitive materials.
