感染性先天性耳前瘘管的临床分析

The clinical analysis of congenital preauricular fistula infection

目的感染性先天性耳前瘘管是耳科最常见病,本研究的目的是探讨感染性先天性耳前瘘管的临床特点及其相应的治疗措施。方法回顾性研究63例感染性先天性耳前瘘管的临床观察及治疗。结果 19例局部红肿疼痛患者经抗炎治疗恢复正常;44例形成脓肿、脓瘘患者经切开引流换药形成瘢痕愈合。63例患者中38例最后行耳前瘘管切除术,术后观察半年无复发。结论感染性先天性耳前瘘管是耳科最常见病,治疗中的不同时期要采取不同的处置,才能获得满意疗效。

Objective Infectious ear congenital preauricular fistula is one of the most common diseases,this study was to investigate the clinical features and corresponding treatment of congenital preauricular fistula infection.Methods 63 patients with congenital preauricular fistula infection were diagnosed and treated,and their clinical data were retrospective studied.Results 19 cases of local swelling and pain were cured by the anti-inflammatory treatment;44 cases of abscess and fistula formation were cured by incision and drainage dressing treatment,and formating scaring;38 cases of 63 were cured by preauricular fistula resection,and no recurrence were observed after six months.Conclusion Congenital preauricular fistula infection is the most common ear disease,in order to obtain satisfactory results we should take a different disposition in different periods.
