上消化道异物90例临床分析

On the clinical analysis of 90 cases of foreign body

目的探讨上消化道异物的诊断、治疗及手术指征。方法对我院2007年1月以来收治的90例上消化道异物患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 90例患者的上消化道异物有86例是经胃镜取出,另外4例是外科手术取出。结论目前大多数上消化道异物可自行排出或经胃镜取出,但异物滞留所致并发胃肠道穿孔、明显出血及梗阻者应及早手术。

Objective The diagnosis of upper digestive tract foreign bodies,treatment and surgery to testify.Methods In our hospital,since January 2007,90 cases of upper digestive tract treated foreign patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 90 patients of 86 cases of upper digestive tract foreign body is removed by endoscopy,the other 4 cases is surgical removal.Conclusion Most foreign bodies in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy can be self-discharged or removed,but the foreign body retention caused by concurrent gastrointestinal perforation,bleeding and obstruction should be obvious early surgery.
