摘要
张之洞和盛宣怀在中日《煤铁互售合同》问题上产生了分歧。从表面上看,是关于合同内容方面的分歧,其实质是汉阳铁厂在体制上由官办变更为官督商办后,张、盛二人对铁厂利益和经营自主权方面的争夺和斗争。
Zhang Zhidong and Sheng Xuanhuai generated differences of opinion on the ＂sales contract of coal and iron＂ between China and Japan. The surface reason is about the contents of the contract, but its essence is the contention and struggle about interests and operational autonomy on the Hanyang Iron Works after its system was changed from the government -run to the commerce -run.
