尽管我国一再加大对腐败行为和腐败分子的打击力度,却始终无法根治腐败。原因在于反腐主要是从思想教育和法制层面展开,对于腐败行为背后的心理因素并没有进行认真地分析,各种反腐的方法和措施并没有对症下药,也就难以取得理想的反腐效果。文章从腐败心理的外在表现出发,分析了腐败心理的成因,并就如何构筑预防腐败的心理防线作出了初步的探析。
