线路板废水处理的PAM类型的筛选试验

摘要 当前市场上聚丙烯酰胺种类繁多,不同产品的适用性也存在差异,如果随意选择型号,很难达到更好的助凝效果,同时也增加了污水处理成本。通过对比分析实验,发现某些工厂当前使用的并不是最佳产品;根据实验结果,综合考虑了产品的价格、单位用量和沉淀效果,推介了更适合该类工厂的广汇阴离子1200万分子量PAM助凝剂产品,此型号产品处理废水的性能更好、价格更合理。因此,本研究在提高污水处理效果,环境保护以及节约污水处理成本等方面都具有重要的社会和经济意义。 Nowadays there are a variety of polyacrylamide in the markets,different products have different conditions for application.If you choose them without experiments,it will be hard to achieve the best coagulation effect,and also increase the waste water treatment costs.By contrast experiments,it was found that the PAM which some factories used is not the best suitable product.According to the testing results,considering the price,dosage and sedimentation effect of the products,the most suitable type for these company were introduced,that is GuangHui anion PAM which molecular weight is 1.2 millions.This type of product has lower price and better performance in treating waste water of the company,.Therefore,the research has important significance in improving waste water treatment effect,environment protection,saving costs and so on.
