摘要
基于电信客户流失数据的分析提出了一个完整的设计方案,详细地介绍了各步骤所完成的功能。在此基础上,应用决策树对数据进行分类预测,通过对某大型电信运营商的客户流失数据的应用,其预测结果验证了该方案的有效性。同时为该方案在其他行业中的成功应用提供了可靠的指导依据。
Based on analyses of telecom customer churn,a design scheme was presented.Meanwhile,the function of each step in the scheme was also descripted in detail.Based on the introduction,decision tree was applied to construct a classifying model to forecast the telecom customer churn data.The actual application resulted in a large telecom enterprise show that the shceme is effective.Moreover,the success application can guide other enterprise how to use the scheme to forecast customer churn.
