Study of Effects of Typical Micro-nutrients Phosphorous,Iron,Manganese and Zinc on Cyanobacteria Blooms

摘要 通过正交实验研究了4种典型微量营养元素P、Fe、Mn、Zn对常见藻华生物指标的影响,结果表明:增加P表现为提高藻类生长速率和最终生物量,对藻生长周期和蓝藻种群地位无显著影响;Fe、Zn分别在质量浓度为0.05mg/L、0.01 mg/L以内促进藻类生长,在质量浓度分别高于0.1 mg/L和0.01 mg/L后抑制藻类生长,而Mn在质量浓度低于0.05 mg/L和高于0.1 mg/L条件下都有促进藻类生长的可能;Fe、Mn、Zn质量浓度与藻类生长周期成正比关系;Fe质量浓度越高,蓝藻的优势地位越明显,Mn与Zn对藻类的种群结构影响微弱. Mirco-nutrients exert significance impacts on fresh water plankton biomass.Through orthogonal experiments the promoting effects of typical micro-nutrients(P,Fe,Mn and Zn) on algae bloom organisms(Cyanobacteria) were are studied.The experimental results obtained show that the algae biomass had has a linear increasing relationship with the concentration of phosphorous(ranging from 0.04~0.32 mg/L).Algae growth rate was is promoted at with the concentration below Fe(0.05 mg/L) and Zn(0.01 mg/L),while it is was inhibited at with the concentration above Fe(0.1 mg/L) and Zn(0.04 mg/L).Manganese(Mn) showed has no regularity obvious influence on algae biomass and algae growth rate.It is possible to stimulate algae growth with concentration of Mn below than 0.05 mg/L or above than 0.1 mg/L.The results show that phosphorous had has no effect on algae growing cycle,while there is a direct proportion between the concentrations of iron,manganese and zinc and the lag phrase of algae.Mn and Zn show no impact on algae community structure,but high Fe is beneficial to Cyanobacteria.
