芳香硫酚类化合物的合成及表征

摘要 以芳香化合物为起始原料,经氯磺酸氯磺化和三苯基磷还原,合成了8种芳香硫酚类化合物。实验结果表明,三苯基磷作为还原剂还原芳香磺酰氯的反应条件温和,后处理简单,并且目标产物的收率(80%-95%)令人满意,反应副产物三苯基氧磷可经硅烷法还原回收,实现了还原剂的循环利用。目标产物的结构经过元素分析、气质联用仪(GC-MS)和氢核磁共振(1H NMR)进行了确证。 Eight thiophenol compounds were prepared using aromatic compounds as starting materials by chlorosulfonation with chlorosulfonic acid and reduction with triphenyl phosphine.The results indicated that the reduction with triphenyl phosphine could be carried out smoothly and the yields of titled compounds were 80%—95% with simple workup,and the reductant could be recycled by reducing the by-product triphenyl phosphine oxide.The structures of the titled compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,1H NMR and GC-MS.
