摘要
用0.25%CaCl_2处理玉米种子,幼苗叶片水势、可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量较高,蛋白质水解度和游离氨基酸含量较低,但苗期以后上述现象消失殆尽,说明CaCl_2能诱发玉米幼苗的抗旱性,但难于持久,此外,在干旱时,抗旱型杂交玉米叶片的蛋白质水解度及游离脯氨酸含量分别低于和高于敏感杂交种。
The young seedlings from the seeds treated with 0.25% CaCl_2 or wa-ter suck-dry alternation have relatively high soluble sugars and free pro-line content,but the rates of protien hydrolysis and free aminoacid contentare relatively low as compared with those seeds without treatment.It isrevealed that seed treatment can induce drought resistance in young seadl-ings.The old seedlings does not show any phenomena mentioned above.Itis suggested that the drought resistance induced by seed treatments willnot last for long time.Besides,the drought resistant hybrid has relativelylow rate of protien hydrolysis,but relatively high free proline content inleaves under water stress as compared with the suspectable one.
