摘要
以小鼠为实验动物,研究了人参、灵芝、何首乌和枸杞4种中草药的乙醇提取物对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖水平的影响.结果表明,4种中草药的乙醇提取物均能降低实验性糖尿病小鼠的血糖浓度,以何首乌和灵芝的降糖效果最为明显,而人参和枸杞次之.
The effect ofPanax schin-sengNees,Ganoderma lucidium,Polygonum multiflorumThunb,LyciumchinenseMill on the blood sugar of experimental diabetic mice is studied.The results showed that the alcoholextracts fromfour kinds Chinese herbal medicines have significanteffects on the blood sugar of mice,which ob-viously reduced blood sugar level of diabetic mice,and the effect ofPolygonum multiflorumThunb andGano-derma lucidiumwas much more obvious than that ofPanaxschin-sengandLycium chinense.
