Adenosine for preventing and treating coronary no-reflow
摘要
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronaryintervention,PCI）是急性心肌梗死患者最主要的再灌注手段,能够显著改善这类患者的近远期预后[1]。近年来越来越多的研究发现冠状动脉（冠脉）造影达TIMI3级血流的患者中。
