摘要 心力衰竭(心衰)是各种器质性心脏病发展的最终通路,临床上以心功能显著减退和各种心律失常的发生为特点。在细胞水平,因各种离子通道的调控而导致的单个心肌细胞电生理性质异常,是参与各种恶性心律失常发生的一个重要机制。
