摘要
为提高某产品用薄壁长筒壳体在机械加工中的质量,经机加工艺试验研究、验证,在其制造过程中综合考虑壳体变形、壳体表面质量精度等诸多因素,通过大量机加试验找出壳体变形规律,确定加工工艺方案,很好地解决了薄壁切削受力变形和装夹变形等影响产品加工精度的问题,使壳体的加工达到设计要求。
To improve machining quality of a long barrel shell with thin wall for a product,via machining experimental research and test and verification,considering the shell deformation,shell surface quality and precision of many factors in its manufacturing process,the rule of shell's deformation was found through a large number of experimental research and machining tests.The machining process was determined.The problems to influence the product precision because of the machining deformation and clamping deformation were solved,which made the machining of the shell meet the demand of design.
