腐殖酸抗氧化性能的研究进展

Research Advances on the Oxidation Resistance of Humic Acid

饲料的氧化会对饲料贮藏时间以及动物机体的氧化损伤等产生重大影响。当前使用的抗氧化剂大多为化学合成类，对机体健康具有潜在的危害。腐殖酸的化学结构表明其具有抗氧化性，且性能已得到一定应用。在畜牧兽医上腐殖酸应用效果显著，其重要的原因为抗氧化作用。腐殖土富舍腐殖酸，对其内在抗氧化体系的研究目前还处于初步阶段，尚需深入研究。

The oxidation of feed is harmful to the feed storage and the oxidation of the animal body. Most of current antioxidants are chemical synthesis which have potential hazards on the body. The application of humic acid in animal husbandry and veterinary has significant effects, and antioxidant effects of humic acid have also been confirmed and obtained some applications. Humus is rich in humic acid, and research on the antioxidant system remains at the initial stage, and further research is needed.
