摘要
针对某钢铁厂转炉缓冲扭力杆运行时出现的截面疲劳断裂以及弯曲应力变形,基于Pro/E建立扭力杆的三维实体模型,采用Ansys Workbench对扭力杆在转炉最大倾动力矩工况下的应力分布与变形、扭转位移、危险截面以及最大剪应力状态进行分析,确定扭力杆的结构力学特性,从而为扭力杆的设计制造与安全运行提供可靠数据来源.
The torque rod is fractured and bent due to section fatigue in a steelmaking factory.This paper studies the stress distribution and reverses displacement under converter's greatest tilting torque circumstances based on Ansys Workbench of Pro/E to create the torque rod entity modeling and determine the mechanical characteristics of the torque rod.The experimented data can be applied to the design,manufacture and security operation of the torque rod.
