摘要
重点探讨路边停车对路段交通流的延误影响,并利用延误时间作为路段服务水平的评价依据。针对双向4车道道路进行分析,利用车流波动理论建立路边停车对交通流延误的影响模型,提供路段受干扰的程度,为是否允许路边停车提供决策依据。最后,通过实际案例验证模型的有效性。
This article investigates the delay impacts caused by one-side curbside parking,and uses the delay time to evaluate the service level of road.This paper studies the four-lane road using curbside parking mode,utilizes the traffic wave theory to establish the model of the traffic delay,provides interference degree,and offers decision-making ground as for whether or not curbside parking should be permitted.The model will be indicated by an actual example at last.
