摘要
用模拟试验的方法确定工件的自由成形力和回弹半径,探讨了厚板成形应由校正成形向自由成形的工艺发展,建立模具三维数学模型,提高了模具设计的质量,保证了模具一次试验成功和部件的贴合间隙不超过0.6mm,缩短了生产周期。
A simulation test method was used to determine a relatively accurate free forming force and spring back radius;and a process development from correction forming to free forming was investigated.A mathematical model for 3D design of die was established which guaranteed the success of trial production in one time and the gap between parts is not larger than 0.6mm.
