摘要
根据塑件壁厚不均匀、表面要求高等特点,设计了热喷嘴和普通流道相结合的液压长距抽芯注射模结构,还介绍了热喷嘴流道直径和电加热功率、液压缸选取等计算方法,提出了塑件内外表面均匀冷却的冷却系统,实现了模具结构的简化和自动脱模。
Based on the characteristic of uneven wall thickness and high requirement for surface quality of a dovetail slide,an injection mould with hydraulic long-distance core-pulling and integrated hot nozzle and cold runner structure was developed.Some calculation methods for hot nozzle runner diameter,heating power and selection of hydraulic cylinder were presented;and a cooling system was proposed for the uniform cooling of internal and external surface.The mould structure was simplified and the component was ejected automatically.
