摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对恶性肿瘤住院患者便秘的影响。方法:将140例患者随机分为观察组80例与对照组60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上针对患者可能发生便秘的原因实施护理干预。结果:观察组便秘发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可降低恶性肿瘤住院患者便秘发生率。
Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on constipation of the hospitalized cancer patients.Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into an observation group（n=80） and a control group（n=60）.The routine nursing care was used in the control group and the proper nursing intervention was implemented according to the factors to cause constipation in the observation group.Results： The incidence of constipation was obviously lower in the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： The nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of constipation of the hospitalized cancer patients.
