摘要
采用化学成分分析、扫描电镜、金相分析等方法对乙烯裂解炉蒸汽过热器集合管凸缘失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,凸缘发生了脆性开裂,凸缘锻造工艺存在不足、凸缘承受较大载荷,存在腐蚀性介质,凸缘外表面发生了应力腐蚀,是导致开裂失效的主要原因。提出了相应的对策措施,以避免类似事故的再次发生。
The leakage causes of ethylene cracking furnace were investigated by chemical composition analysis, SEM, metallographic analysis and other methods. The results showed that the cracking was brittle cracking. Material and mechanical properties imperfection, loading and stress corrosion cracking were the key factors. Some countermeasures were put forward to prevent the failure recurrence.
