结合南京市7316厂地块更新改造的案例实践,经由城市设计和地段更新的缜密分析和可行性研究,提出基于城市设计的产业类历史地段再生的途径策略,及在城市设计整体框架内实现场地各空间要素的整合。

Combing with the case of remodeling Nanjing 7316 Powder Mill Plot, this paper makes analysis and feasibility study for urban design and building remodeling. It proposes the tactics of integrated design for city, architecture, landscape and techniques in remodeling historic plot.
