摘要 研究了磺酸盐型双子表面活性剂N,N′-乙撑双[N-(乙磺酸钠)-十二酰胺](DTM-12)的起泡性能,考察了醇、盐及pH值对DTM-12起泡性能的影响。结果表明,矿化度越高起泡性能越差,溶液在呈现中性左右时起泡性能最好;当质量分数小于5%时,醇对表面活性剂的起泡体积和稳定性都有促进作用,且异丙醇对其影响最大;pH值介于4~12之间时溶液的起泡性能最好;测试了DTM-12与多种聚合物复配后起泡性能的变化,当质量分数低于3%时,HPAM对表面活性剂的起泡性能具有良好的促进作用,且能延长泡沫半衰期。 Gemini surfactants were synthesized from lauroyl chloride and 2-bromoethanesulfonic sodi- um salt as main materials. The foaming properties and the influence of additives including alcohols, salts and the pH were investigated. Experimental results showed that the foaming properties became worse with a higher salinity. In the neutral solutions,the foaming properties were the best. When the concentration was below 5 %, the alcohols had a positive effect on both the volume and stability of the foam, and isopropanol was the most optimal alcohol. In addition, the foaming properties were the best with a preferred pH in the range of 4 to 12. Furthermore, the changes of the foaming properties of DTM-12 after compounded with various kinds of polymers were examined, and it turned out that when the HPAM concentration was below 3%, it could enhance the foaming properties of surfactants effectively and extend the half-life time.
