宠物源铜绿假单胞菌耐药性调查 被引量:3

摘要 调查广东地区宠物源铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况,为宠物临床抗菌药物的合理选择和使用提供科学依据。对临床采集的宠物源样品进行铜绿假单胞菌分离培养,通过PCR方法鉴定菌种,采用纸片扩散法和琼脂稀释法进行药物敏感性分析。结果显示,49株铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、萘啶酸、氯霉素和氟苯尼考的耐药率极高均高于85%,对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、头孢他啶、恩诺沙星、哌拉西林和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦敏感性较好,耐药率均低于20%,全部菌株对亚胺培南敏感。结论:犬猫铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性问题比较严重,应加强宠物源细菌的耐药性调查。
