沙门菌载体重组疫苗的研究进展
摘要
目前,大多数疫苗都采用皮下或肌肉注射,可以诱导有效的血清免疫,但通常无法诱导黏膜抗体(sIgA)的产生。皮下或肌肉注射导致动物产生较大的应激反应,采食量下降,影响动物生长繁殖。实际生产中的不规范免疫操作可能导致病原微生物在个体问的人为传播而引发疾病。
