摘要
变压器的绝缘电阻是反映设备绝缘状况的一个重要参数,其测试过程易受温度、湿度等环境因素、污秽及电压等级的影响。现有规程中给出了变压器绝缘电阻温度换算的规定,然而在大量试验过程中发现其有不适用性。通过对大量测试结果的分析评价,针对变压器绝缘在不同温度下的介电特性,在不计及其他环境因素变化的条件下,分析并通过试验验证绝缘电阻与温度的内部规律,进而分析绝缘电阻的影响因素,就温度换算对现有规程的执行提出建议,供变压器绝缘状况的评估工作参考。
Transformer insulation resistance is an important parameter reflecting the equipment insulation condition. Insulation resistamc testing process is susceptible to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, defacing and voltage levels. Large number of lesting results indicated that the existing rules for the temperature conversion of transtormer insulation resistance are not applicable. According to the changes of dielectric properties of transformer insulation under different temperatures, the relationship between insulation resistance and temperature was analyzed and tested without taking account of other factors. Recommendations on the implementation of the existing rules were given, which is usetul to transformer insulation status assessment.
