摘要 以大量实例介绍了火电厂水汽化学监督对安全生产和节能降耗的影响,分析了目前国内火电厂水汽化学监督和控制存在盲区的原因,是缺乏正确的在线化学仪表检验方法和手段,不能发现测量不准确的在线化学仪表。通过实例介绍了发电厂装备移动式在线化学仪表检验装置,并按照电力行业标准DL/T677-2009《发电厂在线化学仪表检验规程》开展在线化学仪表定期检验工作,进而消除火电厂水汽化学监督和控制的盲区,取得安全生产和节能降耗的经济效益。 Impacts of water and steam chemical supervision on safety and energy saving in power plant were introduced with many examples. The blind area of water and steam chemical supervision and control at present was analyzed, which was due to a lack of correct methods and means for checking on-line chemical instruments and resulted that the inaccurate instruments could not be found. Examples were given to illustrate the necessity and urgency for power plant of equipping mobile checking device for on-line chemical instruments. With this device the regular checking work was carried out according to DL/T 677-2009 (Checking and calibration code for on-line chemical monitoring instrument for power plant). By this method the blind area of water and steam chemical supervision and control can be eliminated and energy saving can be achieved.
