摘要
以酪蛋白为底物,采用福林—酚法对鲤鱼肝胰脏和肠道蛋白酶活性进行了研究。结果表明,鲤鱼肝胰脏和肠道内蛋白酶活性有随体重的增加而下降的趋势。比酶活在后肠最高,中肠、前肠和肝胰脏依次降低。在底物酪蛋白浓度为60~400ug/ml时,肝胰脏和肠道的最大比酶活分剐为240ug/ml和360ug/ml;在pH为5.6~8.0时,最大比酶活分别在pH7.2和pH7.6。
Investigations on the protease activity of the intestine and hepatopancreas in Cyprinus car pio were carried out by Folinphenol method. The results showed that the protase activity of the intestine and hepatopancreas tendsed to be weak with the increasing of body weight in Cyprinus carpio. The protease activity of the hind inteastine wetwere found to be the highest and those of the middie were less, the fore ones were much less and the hepatopancreas the lowest. The inteastine and hepatopancreas protease acted optimal ectivity at 360ug/ml and 240ug/ml respectively of the casein concentration which ranged from 60~400ug/ml, The protease optimal activity of the inteastine and hepatopancreas have been found at pH7.2 and pH7.6 in pH5.6-8.0 range of the buffer.
