在三螺旋模型下,各参与者形成互动自反的紧密关系,推进创新活动的深入发展,但三螺旋关系的深入发展离不开大学专利技术转移机构的推动。美国大学专利技术转移机构的发展历程促进三螺旋模型的最终形成,基于其实践,应推动国内大学专利技术转移机构组织的构建,为其配备高素质的复合型技术转移人才并强化其机构职能,同时政府还应为大学专利技术转移机构搭建合作平台,以其快速发展带动技术创新的螺旋式上升。

Based on the innovation model of triple helix, all the participants communicate reflexively, which push innovation activity forward. However, technology transfer organization affects the further development of the triple helix model. In America, technology transfer organization＇ s development promotes final formation of triple helix in innovation. It is suggested that technology transfer organization should be founded for the university with high-quality technology managers, clarified duties and more cooperation platform organized by the government to drive the improvement of technology innovation in the form of triple helix.
