我国各地区现代信息服务业综合评价研究

Comprehensive Evaluation on Modern Information Service Industry in China

利用熵值法、聚类分析与区域分布图对我国31个地区现代信息服务业发展水平进行综合评价,以全面反映其发展水平与差异,剖析各地区现代信息服务业发展的优势与不足。结果表明,我国各地区现代信息服务业发展水平差异较大,东中西部发展层次较明显;从状态层与分行业来看,多数地区现代信息服务业发展不平衡;基于熵值法的现代信息服务业评价体系同样适用于区域和国家等层面的现代信息服务业评价。

In order to fully reflect the development level and differences, modern information service industry development levels are comprehensively evaluated by regions in China＇ s mainland with entropy method, cluster analysis and area distribution diagram, and can find the development superiority and the insufficiency in various regions. Results show that there is great difference in China by regions on modern information service industry, and the development gap is obvious among eastern, middle and western region. Judging from the state layer and sub-industry, most regions internal developments are not balanced. The development of modern information service industry is highly positive correlation with economic development strength. Lastly, the evaluation system based on entropy method to the modem information service is also adapted to the regional and national level.
