摘要
通过分析识别出竞争情报在企业战略管理过程中的价值增值活动,提出一种企业竞争战略咨询的模型工具——竞争情报战略价值链咨询模型,按竞争情报在企业战略管理中的作用分为三层,分析其在每一个环节中的价值增值意义。通过一个实例,分析说明该模型可有效识别竞争情报战略价值链活动中的问题,进而支持企业竞争情报战略的实施,最终获得竞争情报优势。
Based on the analysis and identification of competitive intelligence value-added activities in the enterprise strategy management, this paper proposes a model of competitive intelligence strategy value chain consultation and classifies three levels of those activities according to the function of competitive intelligence in the strategy management, with analyzing the value-added meanings in each chain. Finally, an instance is given to elucidate how to identify effectively the problems by this model in the value chain activities, and to support the implementation of enterprise competitive intelligence strategy, which could obtain competitive intelligence advantage consequently.
