摘要
在理论回顾的基础上,分析隐性知识对制造企业核心竞争力的影响因素,设计并建立制造企业核心竞争力的评价指标和突变级数评价模型,目的在于为我国制造企业基于隐性知识管理提升核心竞争力提供一种新的评价方法,在实践中对制造企业产生有效的推动作用,使制造企业在激烈的竞争中获得竞争优势。
Tacit knowledge is the inexhaustible motive force for the promotion of manufacturing enterprise＇ s core eompetence. This paper analyzes tacit knowledge＇ s influence factors on the manufacturing enterprise＇ s core competence, designs and sets up the evaluation indexes and the catastrophe progression evaluation model. The aim of developing the evaluation model is to put forward a new method of how to improve manufacturing enterprise＇ s core competence based on tacit knowledge management, to play an eft^ctive role for the manufacturing enterprise in practice, and to make the manufacturing enterprise gain competitive advantages in the fierce competition.
