摘要
企业技术情报服务平台的建设可满足企业开展技术竞争情报、开展技术创新、高层提供决策等宏观需求。将Web2.0的理念和技术引入到情报服务平台,从用户、资源、服务、管理等4个方面进行平台的功能需求分析;以SOA架构为基础构建情报服务平台的5层系统架构,并从资源层、服务层、管理层等方面,对企业技术情报服务平台的实现进行实践研究;最后讨论技术情报服务平台的实施和应用。
The development of enterprise technology information service system can meet several macro needs like carrying out competitive technical intelligence, technological innovation and decision-support for high-rise. The concept and technology of Web2.0 is introduced into the system. And the function requirements are analyzed from four aspects： user, resource, service and management. Five tie SOA architecture of the platform was constructed. Then, a practical research on the realization of the ente,rprise technology information service system is presented. Finally, the implementation and application of the system are discussed.
