Thinking of Shanghai Industries Intelligence Development Alliance Under Transformation Environment

介绍上海行业情报发展联盟成立的背景、工作特点,提出如下建设思路:在行业情报资源方面按需聚合;在行业情报服务方面培育行业情报内容生产提供能力,加大行业情报的服务力度;在行业情报信息单元传递方面,支持并实现行业情报资源的协同,达到资源的有效共享和综合利用;为解决行业情报资源的规划和配置,采用云管理模式进行综合性管理。

This paper describes the background and characteristics of Shanghai Industries Intelligence Development Alliance, puts forward the following working path：intelligence resources aggregation according to demands, deep intelligence services in the industries, training industries to provide information content production capabilities, increasing the intensity of intelligence services; sup- porting and collaborating intelligence information transmission to achieve effective sharing and utilization. To address the industry＇ s planning and allocation of intelligence resources, the Alliance could use cloud management model for integrated management.
