摘要
为在设计阶段对大型精密磨齿机的冷却系统进行优化,减小机床热变形,在对磨齿机整机边界条件进行分析的基础上,应用通用有限元软件,建立了磨齿机的热变形有限元模型,并对其进行热变形分析计算,仿真结果表明,通过优化冷却液流道,可以使机床温度分布更加均匀,有效地减小机床热变形;冷却液温度对于机床热变形影响很大,当机床的冷却液温度与环境温度之差在2℃以内时,机床热变形相对最小。分析结果对圆柱齿轮磨齿机的设计定型及改进具有重要的参考意义。
In order to optimize the cooling system of accurate gear grinding machine and reduce thermal deformation,a simulation model is established for thermal deformation analyzing with ANSYS software according to the boundary condition of the gear grinding machine.The simulation results show that cooling passage optimization can lead to more uniform temperature distribution and reduce thermal deformation effectively.And the thermal deformation is smallest when the cooling liquid temperature is 0~2℃ more or less than ambient temperature.The conclusions are very useful for designing and improving cylindrical gear grinding machine.
