摘要
磨料水射流中的磨料在冲蚀破碎后,颗粒的分布在一定范围内表现出自相似的分形特征。对颗粒分布进行测定并分析,得出磨料水射流中磨料颗粒在喷嘴内有破碎发生,且颗粒愈大破碎愈强烈,分析得出颗粒的分形维度可作为磨料破碎状态的一个重要指标,应用于对颗粒破碎程度的评定。
After the erosion and fragmentation,the distribution of particles has fractal characteristic of self-similarity in abrasive water jet.Determination and analysis of particle distribution obtain abrasive particles in abrasive water jet nozzle have broken,and the larger particles break more strongly.The fractal dimension of particles which can measure the fragmentation state of abrasive as an important indicator can evaluate the level of particle fragmentation.
