摘要
分析用无轨电车传统充电模式对锂电池组充电时的不足,提出了车载充电机受电池管理系统控制的充电模式。电池管理系统采集分析锂电池组的数据,得出充电允许信号、充电电流和充电电压限制值等信息,并通过CAN总线与车载充电机交换数据,控制车载充电机对锂电池组进行安全、快速地充电。
By analyzing the inadequacies of using the traditional charging mode in trolleybus to charge Li-Ion battery pack,a charging mode that the car charger is controlled by battery management system is proposed.Battery management system collects and analyses data on Li-Ion battery pack to obtain charging allowed signal,charging current,charging limit voltage and other information,exchanges data with car charger through CAN bus to control car charger to charge Li-ion battery pack safely and quickly.
