钻桅变幅工况下旋挖钻机工作装置的动力学特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究和提高工作装置的力学性能,对钻桅变幅工况下旋挖钻机工作装置动力学特性进行分析。基于动静法建立动力学模型,在S imu link仿真平台上构建基于MATLAB函数的仿真模型并进行仿真分析。对数学模型和仿真结果的分析表明:当钻桅水平时,不论动臂转角等于多少,钻桅变幅油缸的载荷都不变,对于铰点G处的约束反力同样存在这样的特性;当动臂转角等于76°时,钻桅变幅油缸载荷在钻桅倾角变化范围内的变化差最大。 In order to research and improve the mechanical behavior of working device,under mast luffing conditions,the analysis of dynamic mechanical properties of working device of rotary drilling rig was carried out.After the establishment of a dynamic mechanical model,a simulation model was built up and simulated in MATLAB Simulink.The results showed that: when the mast is parallel to the surface of the earth,the load to the mast hydraulic cylinder has no relationship to the rotary lift-arm angle;also the restraining force of the pin joint G.However,as the angle of the lifting arm equals to 76°,the variation of the load to mast hydraulic cylinder is the largest within the decline-angle range of the mast.
